Respublica Student Accommodation faced a significant pain point: a high volume of seasonal queries, particularly during peak enrollment periods. The call center and agents struggled to keep up with the influx, leading to delays in response times, frustrated tenants, and inefficient operations.

The SOLVCOM solution

SOLVCOM implemented an intuitive bot to streamline query resolution and handle the surge of requests. Previously, human agents were required to manually resolve about 200 queries per month. With the introduction of our bot, this number skyrocketed to over 5,000 queries resolved in a single month.

The bot was designed to handle common inquiries, automate responses, and ensure quick issue resolution. This freed up agents to focus on more complex matters and significantly reduced congestion in the call center, improving efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
